The Supervisory Board (RvT) of the NRFG is appointed for a period of three years and consists of the following persons:

• Gerrit-Jan Zwenne (Chair)
  Employed at Leiden University, Open University and partner at Pels Rijcken; involved in the VPR-A specialisation programme in Privacy and Data Protection Law.
• Karen Siemers
  Employed at Mediq and also Chair of the NGFG.
• Simon Hania
  Employed as DPO at Uber and until recently member of the NRFG interim board. In addition, Chair of the Supervisory Board of the NLnet Foundation.

The task of the Supervisory Board is to supervise the policy of the NRFG board and the general course of affairs within this foundation. The members have also appointed the current NRFG board.
